Dr Parbodh Gogna

MB ChB MRCGP FRACGP FACRRM MBA

Dr Parbodh Gogna has been the Medical Superintendent of the Capricorn Coast Hospital and Health Service in Yeppoon, Qld since July 2014. In this role he has lead the stabilisation of the medical team, re-built clinical training programs and enhanced the safety & quality systems for the hospital.

Dr Gogna has significant rural and remote medical experience through roles as a rural GP, medical officer with the Australian Army and as Medical Director on Christmas and Manus Islands. He has significant experience in the design and delivery of general medical services, generalist emergency services and in clinical governance systems. In addition to the delivery of general medical services across rural, regional and metropolitan communities, Dr Gogna has a depth of experience in mass casualty health services, disaster management and infectious disease services.

Dr Gogna is currently a Senior Clinical Lecturer with the University of Queensland. Following completion of an MBA from the University of Western Australia Dr Gogna has undertaken many medical related consultancies as well as being a Gateway reviewer for the Federal Department of Finance and Deregulation. For his military and civilian services he has been awarded a Centenary Medal for Contribution to Rural Health (2003), an Australian Active Service Medal (2009), The Afghanistan Medal (2009), NATO ISAF Medal (2009) and ACCRM Distinguished Service Award (2014).

A highly-driven and engaging individual, Sanjeev has the ability to influence at the highest levels through operational and strategic innovation, managing change programmes for key accounts (e.g. screening and pilot trials) and finally leading businesses and teams through significant growth and corporate restructuring.

His track record boasts a flourishing portfolio of pharma-manufacturers, investors and Healthcare service provider relationships creating new propositions with a patient-centric focus. From concept to implementation, he has led the development of key initiatives such as new product launches, novel dispensing solutions (Future Homecare), Patient Support Programmes (for increased adherence & informatics), and other end-to- end specialty propositions across a wide spectrum of therapies amongst which feature Hep C, Oncology, HIV and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Dr Sabodh Gogna

An ambitious general practitioner in busy dynamic practise in Leeds , West Yorkshire with over 20 years experience.

As senior partner within a practice of 11 GP’s – Dr Gogna has key responsibilities for drug monitoring, prescribing and corresponding QOF targets.

With the five year forward view firmly embedded into the practise – Dr Gogna’s vision and ambitions lies around IT implementation, digital health, near patient testing and early screening techniques for cancer.

Dr Gogna has further championed the recruitment of an in house pharmacy team to assist with patient management on a day to day basis.

An avid rugby, hockey and polo supporter Dr Gogna attends international events when possible.
